Building Forms

The material is filled into building forms, which make the skeleton. Steel rebar and high-tension wires inside these forms make the structure stronger and help it hold up under stress and weight.

Rebar

When ribbed steel bars are put together, they look like grids or cages. They make concrete stronger by making it less likely to break or change shape under stress.

Formwork Installation

High Tension Steel

These steel cables are used in post-tensioned systems. After the concrete has cured, they are tightened to keep them from bending in vast areas like parking decks or commercial slabs.

Rebar Placement

Formwork

Formwork is made out of wooden or metal molds that are put together to shape the concrete that has been hardened. It holds the concrete in place until it hardens into a permanent structure.
